This cozy hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk to cool places in Oaxaca. My Standard Double Room had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with warm rolls and fruit juice, served in an inner courtyard. The staff really made the stay special with their super helpful service.

Is it really that good? my take
I enjoyed the efficient breakfast service and warm hospitality from the staff who truly made me feel at home. Location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the vibrant city.
Despite the good aspects, some amenities fell short. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and responding to maintenance issues was lacking. Accordingly, my expectations based on price weren't fully met.

Friendly staff consistently went above and beyond, even offering coffee for my early tours at 5am. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all major attractions. I particularly enjoyed the delicious puddings served daily, adding a sweet touch to my stay. However, one downside was the inconsistency in air conditioning, which could have been improved for better comfort.
