Accommodation was big size and wonderful small with amazingly efficient staff with perfect service from the receptionist. The location was excellent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It's within walking distance of all the attractions and is located in the nice part of the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. I particularly loved the rooms with a large balcony or terrace, offering a great view.

We had an amazing stay at Boutique Casa Catrina. The location was outstanding, with Santa Domingo church just a few blocks away. The surrounding area was filled with great restaurants and bars, making it easy to find something delicious to eat. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The high beamed ceilings added a touch of elegance to the space. I would highly recommend Boutique Casa Catrina for a cozy and friendly stay in Oaxaca.

The location of this boutique hotel is exceptional, with everything just a short stroll away. Some of the furniture in the social areas could use an update to make them more comfortable and inviting to guests.

The breakfast was decent and was served in the atrium area. The staff was attentive and prompt in serving us. The best aspect of the hotel was its location, it is situated just outside of the city which makes it a peaceful place to stay.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a restaurant, pool, parking lot, and service room. the rooms were dark as the windows are small and there was no privacy as it was an open-house.

We loved the hotel's location in the old town centre - close enough to walk to everything and very close to the main attractions. The staff, especially Ino, were so welcoming and friendly. The morning breakfast service was extremely efficient, and the sweet bread was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy and a great view of the city street.

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the high-end amenities made me feel truly pampered. the sauna and massage service were especially luxurious.

The restaurant could use some improvement. While the food was good, the service was slow and the menu was somewhat limited.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During our romantic getaway, we enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff, who were friendly and always willing to help us. the breakfast they offered was delicious and included two complementary activities that we found to be a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions, and we enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of everything.

The view from our room was not the best, as it faced a government building with long lines of people waiting outside.
